Colors and dimensions:
We make every effort to manufacture our products to match as closely as possible every detail and color to those that appear on the site. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to the nature of materials used. Since all the pieces are handmade of natural materials we cannot guarantee that the actual items you receive will be 100% identical to those shown in our online catalog. While we do our best to insure identity of shipped items to the sample shown on picture, color/shade or size may slightly vary.

We respect our customers' privacy and do not make their names or e-mail addresses available to other organizations. From time to time you may receive e-mails from us with information on new products or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails from us, please let us know by contacting us via "contact us" feature. Please provide us with your exact name and e-mail address and we will have your name removed from our e-mail list.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this site are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Nadia Gallini Co. The site as a whole is protected by copyright by Nadia Gallini Co.

The sale of an item starts after acceptance of the order with a confirmation sent by Nadia Gallini Co. via e-mail.  The orders are processed in the first come first serve basis. Orders normally shipped out within 14-30 days. Sometimes request for immediate delivery can be accommodated. It is possible that the item displayed on the web site is sold out and temporary unavailable - in such case delivery time may be delayed. We will inform you via e-mail and/or  offer you an alternative items. Since we do not charge your credit card  until the day before we ship your order out, there will be no charges or out of stock items.

Minimum order and order charges:
Nadia Gallini Co. requires a minimum purchase of USD/EUR 180 per order. For smaller orders we charge a handling fee of USD/EUR 10. Freight charges are not included in the prices shown. Freight costs depend on the weight of the total order and the destination. The approximate weight and postal charges are indicated on our site.

Damaged goods:
You are obliged to check the status of goods received from Nadia Gallini Co. If goods are damaged in transit you need to notify us via e-mail to the following address woodenbeadwear@nadia-gallini.com within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the  items.

Please keep in mind that without timely notification we will not be able to accept any returns for repair or credit. If a design or production defect is discovered over time for certain styles Nadia Gallini Co., once aware, will deal with such incidents as it sees appropriate, these regulations notwithstanding.


Mode of Payment
We give the following options for payment:

Full Advance Payment :
For small orders of value less than USD 1000, we accept only full advance payment as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us. On request we will provide you our bank details.

Part Payment in Advance:
For larger orders, we can take 50% value in advance. Balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your bank.

For Orders
Minimum Order Amount only $180 FOB Yalta, Ukraine.

Sales Tax:
Prices are shown as-is (excluding freight, handling fee and import duties if and where applicable). Sales Tax will be calculated if your business resides in the Ukraine. European buyers may needed to pay VAT Tax if applicable.

Sample Policy
• To keep our overheads low & pass on the cost benefit resulting from this saving to our customers, we follow following sample policy:
• "We send all samples of regular products which does not involve development free of cost.
• "We request new buyer to bear cost of courier charges. Once wholesale business starts, we send samples with all cost including courier expenses to us.
• "In case of inquiries coming from internet, we always ask buyer to bear courier cost.
• "In case you are a new customer and you need to check our product quality, please give us your INTERNATIONAL COURIER ACCOUNT NUMBER with Fed Ex /DHL/UPS/TNT or similar courier to send samples on freight collect basis. It would help us indeed if you send us your e- mail address, we can forward our new range of samples by e-mail attachments to you and the ones, which are approved, can be forwarded for your orders.

Once it has been established that goods arrived in good shape all products are covered by a limited warranty (normal wear and tear excluded) provided the goods have been handled and/or worn appropriately. A defective item may be returned for repair or replacement (at Nadia Gallini Co's expense) to the address below:

Exchanges for credit cannot be accepted. If a design or production defect is discovered over time for certain styles Nadia Gallini Co., once aware, will deal with such incidents as it sees appropriate, these regulations notwithstanding.

Postal charges for goods send to be repaired under warranty are at buyers expense; Nadia Gallini Co. pays for return charges. Please make sure that all items are properly packed.
